Real Estate Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Professional to join our dynamic team. As a Property Analyst, you will work closely with experienced professionals to provide expert advice and analysis on various real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting due diligence investigations on assets classes;
  • Develop and execute transaction processes that protect and recover value;
  • Undertake detailed financial modelling and analysis;
  • Conduct research and analysis of various asset sectors and market trends; and
  • Prepare succinct reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • A degree in property or finance/commerce;
  • 1-2 years experience in the property or finance sector;
  • Experience in property analytics, deal advisory, valuations or banking/non-bank lending;
  • Strong analytical and research skills;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; and
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
