Overview

Schneider Electric is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Microgrid Solution Architect. This role will involve designing and delivering innovative EcoStruxure Microgrid solutions across the Pacific region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in automation platforms, electrical distribution, and off-grid systems. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as fluency in English (spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams and customers.
  • Collaborate with tender managers and engineers to equip them with knowledge and tools to succeed.
  • Support new hires and provide guidance on microgrid architectures and use cases.
  • Prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals to support business growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong expertise in automation platforms, electrical distribution, and off-grid systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in technical pre-sales, tendering, or solution design.
  • Familiarity with containerised BESS solutions, utility markets, tariffs, and incentive schemes.
