Microgrid Solutions Architect

The position of Senior Solutions Architect - Microgrid is a senior-level role responsible for the technical authority of architecture design, pre and post-sales support of our offering across the Microgrid Segment. This role will be at the forefront of our business, utilizing experience in our products to develop complete solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical governance and technical authority for all Microgrid opportunities, including technical sign-off, risk assessments, GAP analysis, and line-by-line compliances.
- Develop skills and competencies to become a trusted advisor, providing coaching and mentoring to Local System Architects to drive sales and deliver business value.
- Apply system architect methodology to design and promote robust, secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that deliver technical advantage and business value.
- Lead global technical communities, contributing to the sharing of best practices and accelerating learning among members.
- Provide technical presales support and proof of concepts, as well as product/solution demonstrations.
- Assist in creating technical notes, lessons learned, white papers, prescription, and specification documents for global distribution.
- Collaborate with R&D and Offer Management to influence new offers.
- Act as a central coordination point for Microgrid business development across regions, aligning support from internal stakeholders and strategic partners.
- Identify and lead strategic opportunities across countries, ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectives and securing technical and commercial support.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the commercial community to elevate regional maturity and drive consistent success.
- Support strategic partnerships and innovative Go-To-Market models, particularly in Energy as a Service.
- Contribute to market intelligence and offer positioning by identifying key differentiators and tracking regulatory and market trends.
