Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Service Desk Technician to join our Perth office, providing IT support to 250 staff across all offices.
This is a dynamic role, requiring the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage day-to-day IT operations with minimal supervision.
About the Role- Manage IT Helpdesk operations, maintaining the IT Service Management solution including request, issue, problem, and change.
- Deploy laptops and handheld devices, and provide remote support using tools like Team Viewer.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and network issues (Cellular, Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, Fibre).
- Monitor systems proactively and perform regular Backup/Restoration processes.
- Maintain cyber security principles, threat monitoring, threat response and general security practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- ITIL ITSM experience and certified Microsoft Professional qualifications are desirable.
- Previous experience in a Support Technician role, preferably with 1+ years of experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, initiative, motivation, analytical and problem-solving skills, team player, ability to self-manage and work unsupervised.
