Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Admin Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at G.James. As a key member of our Windows and Doors division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing showroom sales, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and by phone
- Provide product information and process showroom sales
- Perform data entry, filing, and document processing
- Handle general administrative tasks like mail, banking, and payroll and purchasing
- Support branch operations with office duties and accounts payable
- Assist the branch manager and team with administrative support
About You:
- You have a friendly and professional phone manner
- You are reliable and skilled at building and maintaining rapport quickly
- You are punctual and adaptable, with a 'can-do' attitude
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office 365 - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience with V6 or Oracle systems is highly desirable
- You can prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- You have exceptional attention to detail
- You are a quick learner and can keep up with a fast-paced environment
- You have a current driver's license and reliable transport
