Job Title: Cyber Security Specialist

Lead the implementation of business-aligned architectural strategies for workforce identity, security, and employee-facing technology platforms.

  • Balancing technical expertise, strategic thinking, and design skills is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and lead the implementation of business-aligned architectural strategies for workforce identity, security, and employee-facing technology platforms.
  2. Collaborate with other members of the architecture group to shape the technological vision of the company and integrate this vision into the broader business strategy.
  3. Deeply understand the needs of different user personas across the company and design controls and frameworks that meet the needs of these users.
  4. Collaborate with team members from Security, Enterprise Technology, and Workforce Identity to capture their requirements and influence their decision-making.
  5. Ensure the architectural integrity and scalability of our security systems and staff-facing platforms.
  6. Guide the selection of technologies and the design of solutions that are secure, robust, and scalable.
  7. Drive the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of enterprise technologies, including staff collaboration tools, business applications, audio-visual and messaging technologies, and networking technologies.
  • Security technology and controls, ideally in a cloud-native, technology product context.
  • Workforce identity and access management technologies.
  • Cloud technologies.
  • Software architecture patterns.
