Cyber Security Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting various security systems.

  • Responsibilities:
  • - Configure and maintain Cisco Web Security Appliance (WSA) solutions.
  • - Support administration and integration of Cisco Firepower Management Center (FMC) and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
  • - Implement and support Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) strategies using Microsoft Global Secure Access (GSA) or similar platforms.
  • - Manage and optimize service workflows in ServiceNow, including incident, problem, and change management within the Security Operations module.
  • - Conduct vulnerability scanning, assessment, remediation coordination, and risk reporting.
  • - Participate in security incident response and forensic analysis as needed.
  • - Continuously monitor security infrastructure to identify and respond to threats.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with Cisco WSA, Umbrella and ESA, strong understanding of network protocols, proxy configurations, DNS-layer security, and mail filtering. Familiarity with ZTNA frameworks, especially using Microsoft GSA or similar solutions, and working knowledge of ServiceNow Security Operations, or ITSM processes in a security context is also required.
