Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the overhaul of hydraulic and mechanical components from Hitachi construction and mining equipment range is carried out efficiently
  • Adhere to safety protocols at all times
  • Undertake routine maintenance tasks
  • Conduct failure analysis and identify specific modes of failure
  • Complete paperwork in a timely manner
  • Assess component condition, develop an inspection report, and scope of work required including parts listing
  • Test remanufactured components, conduct quality checks, and audits
  • Support the development and review of safe work procedures
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of WHS principles
  • Relevant trade qualification
  • Previous experience with overhaul, repair, and remanufacture of mechanical and hydraulic components is highly desirable
  • Effective communication skills and dedication to delivering high-quality work in a timely manner
  • Positive team focus

This role is Monday to Friday with family-friendly hours.
