Fitters Needed for Heavy Machinery Overhaul

We are currently seeking a skilled Workshop Fitter Reman to undertake the overhaul and testing of mechanical and hydraulic components for our Hitachi construction and mining equipment range.
About the Opportunity- Our ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, overhauling, and testing components to the highest quality standards in a timely and efficient manner.
- Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Undertaking thorough inspections and assessments of component condition;
- Developing detailed inspection reports and scopes of work required, including parts listings;
- Conducting quality checks and audits on remanufactured components;
- Providing professional and timely customer service.
- A strong safety focus with a good understanding of Work Health and Safety principles;
- A relevant trade qualification;
- Previous experience with the overhaul, repair, and remanufacture of mechanical and hydraulic components is preferable;
- Good communication skills and a dedication to providing high-quality work in a timely manner;
- A strong and positive team focus.
