About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring efficient dispatching and receiving of orders, and maintaining a high level of organization and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met, providing accurate information and updates on order status
  • Assist with the receipt and processing of goods, ensuring timely and accurate distribution within the warehouse
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to WH&S policies and procedures
  • Contribute to a positive team culture, demonstrating enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a 'can-do' attitude

  • Motivated and able to maintain attention to detail
  • Certification in Forklift Operation (preferred)
