We are seeking a motivated and versatile Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a mix of customer service, warehouse support, and driving duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working across different areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support at the internal sales counter, delivering prompt and professional service.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including order entry, scheduling, and general office duties.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Pick and prepare stock orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Support general warehouse operations to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
  • Serve as a backup driver for short local trips and regional runs when required.
  • Ensure goods are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with transport regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current driver's license, with the ability and commitment to obtain an HR Truck License.
  • Willingness to obtain a Forklift License (training provided if not already certified).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A flexible, hands-on attitude with the ability to adapt to different tasks as required.
