Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically deliver exceptional property management and leasing outcomes in the allocated property portfolio.
  • Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the business to ensure service delivery expectations are met.
  • Develop and manage relationships with landlords, sub-tenants, and clients to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for communication with landlords and sub-tenants, including proactive engagement for maintenance, capital works, landlord consents, and lease obligations.
  • Monitor and manage all work orders that are the landlord's responsibility, ensuring completion within 30 days or as part of a larger strategy.

Requirements

  • Relevant Real Estate Certification with a proven track record in commercial property management is essential.
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment with a major landlord or retailer would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle various complex issues concurrently within tight deadlines.
  • Goal-oriented and focused on meeting performance targets.
  • Effective client relationship skills and communication skills with the ability to interact face-to-face or online with stakeholders of all levels.
