Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-profile commercial buildings in Sydney's CBD, North Sydney, and Macquarie Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, maximising rental revenue, and ensuring compliance with site regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including managing relationships with owners and tenants
  • Maximisation of rental revenue through effective property management strategies
  • Preparation of regular reports and budgeting for expenses
  • Maintenance of excellent building presentation and adherence to site regulations
  • Collaboration with the Building Operations Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A successful track record in commercial property management
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on providing timely and effective service
  • Familiarity with property management software and tools
  • A solution-orientated mindset to address issues quickly
  • A NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
