Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Power Engineer to lead our power generation design projects and mentor young engineers. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in power generation and distribution, protection and motor control design, power system studies, construction and equipment specification development, and balance of plant designs such as raceway, lighting, and grounding systems.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading teams, mentoring junior engineers, managing client relationships, and developing marketing materials including proposals and work breakdown structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead power generation design projects
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Manage client relationships
  • Develop marketing materials
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Control Systems Engineering
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical power generation design
  • Professional Engineers (PE) license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard design software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
