Club Manager

A Club Manager is responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional member experiences and drive sales growth in a premium club environment. With strong leadership skills and financial acumen, this role oversees all aspects of the club's operations, creating a thriving and successful club.

Key responsibilities include managing sales budgets and developing strategies for improvement, contributing to achieving sales targets and managing profit and loss levels, leading in delivering exceptional member experiences and resolving concerns, recruiting, training, and retaining staff members, conducting regular one-on-ones and team meetings with departmental leaders, and annual performance appraisals.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Leadership experience managing a sales team in a high-volume environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in managing budgets and P&L reporting
  • Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team
