Role OverviewAs our Office Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for data entry, invoice reconciliation, and accounts management using Xero. You will also assist with progress claims setup, invoice preparation, and timesheet checking, as well as creditors and debtors management.
Your Key Responsibilities- Data entry and accounts management using Xero

- Incoming calls, email correspondence, and office maintenance
- Purchasing, WHS compliance, and insurance management
