**Office Administrator - Part-time**
Darren Slater Painter & Decorator is a commercial painting company working on projects in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast.
We are seeking a mature, experienced office administrator to work alongside with the Office Manager.
Initially on offer is part-time work with potential for full-time. Flexible work hours.
Role responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Enter creditor invoices in MYOB
- Enter project variations in spreadsheets
- Update databases
- Assist with Payroll
- Induct new employees
- Approve timesheets
- Data entry
- Filing
- Assist sourcing competitive quotes for equipment hire
- Backup for invoicing
- Meeting coordination and minute taking
- Maintenance of Registers
- Social media/marketing website maintenance, monthly newsletter
- Adhoc administration support to business owners and all staff
- MS Word and Excel skills required
- Experience with MYOB AccountRight
- Computer literate, ability to learn new systems, eg CoConstruct, Deputy
- Construction experience or understanding an advantage
- Team player
- Salary commensurate with experience
The job is office based at Ormeau Qld.
