We are seeking a skilled Site Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Infrastructure Services Team based in Ormeau.

This role will work closely with the Management Team, providing financial and administrative support for operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing subcontractor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reception and General Office Duties.
  • Accounts Payable processing including raising purchase orders, goods receipting and month end requirements such as accruals.
  • Booking of flights & accommodation.
  • Subcontractor onboarding/Liaise with subcontractors and engineers in relation to contract variations.
  • Uniform/Office supply orders, as well as production stock monitoring & daily reconciling.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative capacity, and within a construction or maintenance site-based environment, with a good working knowledge of forms and contracts.

A key aspect of this role is providing leadership and guidance to the team, whilst developing and contributing to an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork. You must possess a proactive attitude, ability to work independently when required, effective communication skills, strong attention-to-detail, and excellent IT skills.

Fulton Hogan offers a competitive salary package ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
