We are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to support our legal and commercial teams in Melbourne.

About the Role

This role will play a key part in managing the full customer and supplier contracting lifecycle, working closely with sales and service delivery teams to ensure smooth agreement execution.

Your coordination, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills will be essential for ensuring compliance, managing risk, and enhancing the contracting experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support stakeholders with contract formation and management processes
  • Maintain and improve contract templates
  • Manage automated workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Deliver training on contract systems and tools
  • Manage and update our Legal & Contracts database
  • Support general legal inquiries
