Tax Advisory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisory Manager to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our Tax Advisory team, you will play a critical role in supporting clients to navigate complex tax matters and plan for their business success and growth.
About the Role
As a Tax Advisory Manager, you will advise clients on domestic and international structuring, cross-border transactions, and assist with taxation authority reviews/audits/disputes. You will also provide tax advice on asset acquisition and divestment, financing arrangements, and IPO structuring. Your expertise will be essential in helping clients make informed decisions and achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on complex tax matters, including domestic and international structuring, cross-border transactions, and taxation authority reviews/audits/disputes.
* Provide tax advice on asset acquisition and divestment, financing arrangements, and IPO structuring.
* Play a key role in client engagements, including regular client contact, attending client presentations, and meetings with senior leaders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in tax advisory in a Big 4 or mid-tier professional services firm.
* Excellent tax technical capabilities.
* Experience at Manager level.
