Tax Advisory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisory Manager to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our Tax Advisory team, you will play a critical role in supporting clients to navigate complex tax matters and achieve their business goals.
Your Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on complex tax matters, including domestic and international structuring, cross-border transactions, and taxation authority reviews/audits/disputes.
- Provide tax advice on asset acquisition and divestment, financing arrangements, IPO structuring, and readiness.
- Play a key role across the full scope of client engagements, including regular client contact, attending client presentations, and meetings with Senior Leaders.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tax Advisory Manager who can demonstrate:
- Excellent tax technical capabilities.
- Experience in tax advisory in either Big 4 or mid-tier professional services firm.
- Experience at Manager level.
