Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Floor Representative to join our retail team in Brisbane. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will provide exceptional customer service and work towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service with a focus on premium product offerings
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Processing large volumes of stock and maintaining a high level of organization
  • Picking and packing click-and-dispatch orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assisting in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a similar capacity
