Job Opportunity: OSHC Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity, with 23 hours of work per week. You will be responsible for supporting local families with quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with the OSHC Service Coordinator to develop and implement engaging programs using industry-leading tools.
  • You will create club-based activities, such as Chess Club and Gardening Club, to promote social skills and teamwork among children.
  • You will mentor your team of educators, developing their skills and growing within the industry.
  • You will roster for your service with support from your Area Manager.
  • You will manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.

Your Requirements:

  • You must be an engaging individual passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
  • You must have excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
  • You should have previous experience in childcare/OSHC industry preferred but not essential.
  • You must hold a valid Working with Children's Check in the relevant state.
  • You must be willing to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
  • You must be willing to obtain National Criminal History Check.
