About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled administrator to join our team as a Contracts Administrator-Estimator. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
  • Ensuring contract compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing contract documentation and records.
  • Monitoring project progress against contract terms and times.
  • Handling contract variations.
  • Liaising with Supervisors and Leading hands to achieve great results.
  • Determining costs of materials, labor, equipment, and other resources.
  • Gathering quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets.
  • Analyzing project risks and potential cost overruns.
  • Assisting with pricing and building quotes into Build Xact.
  • Monitoring project costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
