About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Retail Banking Services team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.

  • Conduct in-depth conversations with customers to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Support customers with account maintenance and credit product applications.
  • Complete financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide education and demonstrations of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and exceeds customer expectations.
  2. Providing clear and concise information about our financial products and services, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice.
  3. Identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships and drive revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling.
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reports to support business decisions and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services or retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • A strong understanding of financial products and services, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
