We are seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to join our world-class People & Culture function in Sydney. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with senior and executive leaders to develop high-performing teams and provide expert guidance on complex employee matters.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role that offers flexibility to work from our beautiful Sydney office. You will be responsible for coaching and guiding people leaders across technology and product functions on people strategy and problem-solving. Your key focus will be on driving organisational change as Zip continues to grow and evolve.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in People & Culture and HR roles of increasing responsibility
  • Specific experience supporting senior leaders as a senior people partner or HRBP
  • Proven experience across the whole employee lifecycle, including leadership development, organisation design and development, talent management, remuneration & benefits, performance management, and employment relations
  • A strong track record of delivering successful and impactful people programs across a broad range of areas

You should also possess:

  • The ability to solve problems and communicate ideas in a structured and engaging way
  • In-depth knowledge of employment relations, legislation and statutory requirements to meet the changing needs of our workforce
  • Experience leveraging data and insights to continually improve programs of work

  • A salary of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience
