Product Analytics Leader

The team responsible for GMHBA's Private Health Insurance products focuses on product build, design, features, pricing, margins, relationships, fund policy, pricing strategy, rate change, reform implementation, customer insights, and support packages.
As a Manager, Product and Customer Analytics, you will provide insights to inform decision making for product positioning, growth, and sustainability, as well as develop opportunities using customer data to optimize product performance.
About You- Tertiary qualifications in analytics, maths, commerce or business.
- 5 years + experience within a commercial, product or analytics role.
- Advanced skills in SAS, Python, R, and/or other analytical models to generate insights, forecasting, and data mining capability.
- Proven experience in executing and insight innovation.
- Advanced analytical skills with a proven ability to critically analyze issues, consider options, and develop recommendations based on solid reasoning.
- A commercial mindset with proven experience in determining and implementing strategic objectives.
- Private Health Insurance knowledge highly desirable.
- Experience in HAMBS (customer management platform).
- Experience in complex analytical models, forecasting, and data mining techniques.
