Key Category Role

We are seeking a skilled and driven leader to oversee our vision within the Womens Accessories team in our Footwear category.

The ideal candidate will lead the category, work with the Trend team to deliver big ideas and key lifestyle items that align with our brand DNA and which our customers love.

The successful applicant will contribute to department reviews, apply learnings to category decision making and chase growth opportunities to ensure the success and profitability of our brand.

They will collaborate with Production and support their Buying team to deliver on products that are in line with category strategies and which are compliant and cost-effective.

Key Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification/degree in a relevant field (e.g. Buying)
  • Demonstrated experience working with production, trends and buying teams to achieve strategy visions
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with internal/external stakeholders and support teams
  • Leadership experience in a significant multi-brand global retailer
