About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Buying Manager to join our team, specialising in Graphics, Fleece, and Cut & Sew. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Product to develop trend-driven ranges that resonate with our customers.

This position involves setting strategic direction for product lines to align with commercial objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As a leader, you will guide your Buying team in building effective supplier relationships to ensure timely and efficient production processes.

If you have extensive expertise in Buying and Senior Graphic Design, particularly within Menswear, and are passionate about creating impactful products while leading a dynamic team, this could be your next career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing product strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and delivery processes
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and creativity within the Buying team to stay ahead of market trends

Requirements

  • Qualification in relevant field (e.g., Buying)
  • Extensive experience in a similar Buying Manager role in retail or fashion within Menswear
  • Senior Graphic Design expertise
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Excellent commercial negotiation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
