Key Responsibilities
  • Guide staff while leading large projects and serving as the key client contact.
  • Deliver Employment Tax Expertise: Advise clients on employment tax aspects, including Payroll Tax, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee, FBT, Termination Payments, and Salary Packaging.
  • Drive Innovation and Engagement: Utilize technology and big data to support compliance, generate insights, liaise with regulatory bodies, and deliver impactful training seminars.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Over 5 years of delivering employment tax services to large organizations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, alongside proven data analytics capabilities and confidence in handling complex datasets.
  • Flexible Work Style: Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and collaboratively, and experience with automating tax processes (desired).
