Project Coordination Opportunity

The successful Project Coordinator will be responsible for engaging with internal and external stakeholders, scheduling, managing restoration projects, and ensuring timely delivery to clients. This role works closely with estimators, supervisors, technicians, suppliers, subcontractors, and the finance team, reporting to a Team Leader and restoration manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate small-medium restoration projects with consistency and accuracy
  • Organize and schedule trades, technicians, and estimators as required
  • Manage costs through claim life and handle trade invoices efficiently
  • Maintain a strong focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Collect photos and documents for submitting reports and quotations
  • Ensure efficient communication and regular updates with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in contents and restoration works or insurance building repair coordination
  • Thorough understanding of the restoration and building repair process, including critical inspection points and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships/accounts
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive and outcome-focused
  • Able to work independently and multi-task
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication skills
