About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Banking Specialist to join our team at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. As an Agribusiness Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in supporting a portfolio of agribusiness customers in the Ballarat and surrounding region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to assist customers in accessing finance to grow their business and contribute to regional wealth.
  • Prepare and review loan proposals, ensuring high-quality credit assessment and ongoing management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business influencers and potential customers.
  • Contribute to increasing market share in target markets and identifying opportunities for deepening customer relationships.
