* Market and sell Compeer Financial's insurance products to clients and prospective clients
* Build strong relationships with clients and prospects
* Collaborate with the team to provide insurance expertise throughout the organization
* Maintain client relationships through frequent interactions and periodic sales calls
* Deliver "value added" insurance services to clients
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, agriculture, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Minimum experience required is based upon size, scope, and complexity of the position
* Experience in agribusiness/farming industry or similar experience in agriculture credit or closely related field required
* Current state insurance license to sell crop insurance preferred
