We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Support Specialist to join our team at the Bendigo office.

Job Summary:

The Technology Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and training to staff and customers on Precision Farming and Application equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide structured internal and customer support for Precision Farming and Application equipment through the O'Connors support center.
  • Develop and deliver training material for both internal and external training sessions.
  • Liaise with global staff and support centre to gather and share up to date information.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures that ensure sustainability, optimisation and ongoing success for the Ag Technology Department and team members.
  • Remote diagnostics and support of technology and application equipment via telematics.
  • Support internal departments in the remote diagnosis and repair of Precision Ag and application Technology and provide guidance and training to less experienced staff to develop their competencies.
  • Support the maintenance of Company RTK.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of Agriculture, Technology or Precision Agriculture.
  • Computer literate with understanding of common software platforms.
  • Mechanical and diagnostic aptitude.
  • Self-motivated with a genuine drive to provide great customer service.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
