Senior Finance Expertise

This senior role seeks a seasoned finance professional to deliver expert-level solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

The ideal candidate will translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and solution architectures, driving process improvements and digital capability development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Expertise & System Configuration
    • Design and implement finance solutions aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.
    • Provide in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations core modules.
    • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution architectures.
    • Manage and configure system elements such as workflows, forms, entities, business rules, and security roles.
  • Business Process Optimisation
    • Lead cross-functional teams to co-design and deliver process improvements enabled by technology.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or standardise business processes.
  • Project Delivery & Business-as-Usual (BAU) Support
    • Take ownership of planning and delivering initiatives that impact multiple business areas.
    • Prepare documentation to support strategic decision-making and guide project execution.
    • Estimate effort and resources for new features, enhancements, and configuration changes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Functional Support
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for executives, management, and governance groups.
    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
    • Provide timely and expert-level support to end users.
    • Proven ability to operate effectively at a senior level.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
  • Advanced skills in configuring Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Demonstrated capability to evaluate and optimise end-to-end business processes.
  • Ability to accurately estimate scope, resource requirements, and dependencies.
