Experience Manager - Digital Optimisation

 

Drive the delivery of exceptional digital experiences and campaigns by leveraging your expertise in analytics, digital transformation, and customer engagement.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end development and execution of digital strategies, including A/B testing and personalisation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, develop, and implement data-driven plans for customer-centric experiences.
  • Identify and drive key strategic initiatives to enhance business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Design and manage digital behavioural segments for targeted marketing efforts using Adobe tools.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance metrics to inform future strategy.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to focus on customer needs with strong channel and stakeholder management experience.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion optimisation platforms.
