Be a part of a team building out a new and exciting future for Trade Surveillance. As we are expanding the Product Management team for Nasdaq Trade Surveillance and Compliance solutions in the Sydney office, we are now looking for a Product Delivery Lead.

In this role, you will lead and run the definition, development, and delivery of Nasdaq products by balancing client desirability, financial viability, and technical feasibility throughout the product lifecycle. As a Product Delivery Lead, you are directly responsible for maximizing the value of the product for our clients.

What You Will Do- Execute the Vision - Translate the product strategy into a roadmap, metrics, and desired functionality expressed as stories in the product backlog with limited oversight from the product manager.- Translate Desires - Communicate the voice of the customer to the development team, manage customer expectations as you turn their pains and problems into actionable user stories in the backlog. Provide guidance of product functionality to development teams.- Prioritize Needs - Understand, define, and communicate the prioritization of product requirements expressed as stories in the product backlog with a mind toward business value, flow, and tradeoffs. Continuously reviewing and refining the existing alerting product to deliver the best solution to our customers.- Act as a Servant Leader - Actively manage business risks, issues, & impediments expressed by the delivery team. Attend agile ceremonies to ensure that development work is aligned with the roadmap.- Enhance Quality - Build quality into acceptance criteria and accept all work increments produced by the development team. Track progress on release and completion. Integrate with the other business product lines and technology to align your product's strategy with the overall needs directed by the business line and technology executives. Develop and define test cases and business validations, to ensure alert effectiveness.- Level of Complexity - Manage risks of quality and judgment, with impact on costs and some business activities.

What We Expect- A degree in Business/Finance, Computer Science or equivalent field- At least 4+ years of experience in product management, or technology, and agile ways of working- Experience working in financial services- Experience using JIRA and Confluence- Ability to engage and collaborate closely with internal teams- A strong inner drive and motivation, thriving in a fast-paced environment- Flexibility to take some meetings outside of work hours

Our work arrangement is hybrid. You will be coming into the office just 2 days per week.
