We're seeking a Banking Specialist to join our team

As the public face of our network, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and support. You'll have in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs, travel to local branches to provide support, and complete financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers to understand their banking needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Traveling to local branches to provide support and guidance.
  • Conducting financial health checks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Explaining financial options and products to customers, highlighting the benefits and features.
  • Problem-solving and providing effective solutions, championing our processes and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
  • The ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity, and put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
