Retail Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced retail manager to oversee a shopping centre in Brisbane. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with tenant retailers and ensuring the trading environment is well presented, safe and inviting for customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled retail professional to join our team and take on the challenge of managing a high-performing shopping centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective relationships with tenant retailers to ensure their satisfaction and provide support in administering the terms of all leases.
  • Regularly inspect the centre to ensure high standards of housekeeping and coordinate any works as required.
  • Provide recommendations to the facilities manager for maintenance works and capital expenditure.
  • Attend regular client management meetings and conference calls.
  • Prepare weekly summary reports on tenant performance and feedback, and property presentation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full real estate license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
