Feros Care is dedicated to helping people live healthier, happier, and better-connected lives. As a Community Physiotherapist, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional care and support to older adults in the Mid North Coast region.

Your role will involve providing 1:1 evidence-based in-home physiotherapy services, as well as leading group exercise and healthy lifestyle classes. You will also assist clients in overcoming barriers and achieving their goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing in-home physiotherapy services to older adults
  • Leading group exercise and healthy lifestyle classes
  • Assisting clients in overcoming barriers and achieving their goals
  • Ensuring efficient daily workload planning

What We Offer:

  • Salary banding between $67,393 and $100,224 plus 11.5% super
  • Salary packaging up to $15,899 tax-free annually
  • Meal and Entertainment Card up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income
  • KM reimbursement at 99c per km
  • Smart phone and laptop supplied
  • Role specific equipment supplied
  • Supported by a full rostering and admin team

About You:

We are looking for a registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA who thrives in a community care setting and has a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly. Essential skills include organisational, negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills.
