The success of building projects hinges on effective project governance. As a seasoned Project Governance Specialist, you will oversee all phases from concept to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project delivery from pre-design to post-construction.
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Oversee procurement, contract documentation, and administration.
- Monitor project performance against scope, time, cost, and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes.
- Lead stakeholder negotiations and provide strategic advice.
- Prepare monthly reports and maintain project data for auditing.
- Support billing processes and fee generation where required.
- Proven experience delivering building or infrastructure projects in a leadership role.
- Strong contract and project management skills across traditional and non-traditional procurement models.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- High-level organisational and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk, and quality controls.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a drive to deliver outcomes.
This is a mid-senior level contract position within the Project Management and Information Technology field. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project governance, risk, and quality controls.
