About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Architect to join our team at Epam Systems. As a Business Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in coordinating interest rate compression cycles and acting as a liaison between client outcomes and internal developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the elicitation, definition, prioritization, and validation of requirements and design of business processes to meet client needs.
  • Continuously liaise with business users to fully understand and close out any ambiguous requirements, while defining and driving 'As Is' and 'To Be' processes through.
  • Perform extensive gap analysis using data and process modeling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software.
  • Manage the development of business process specifications and system functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Review and revise documentation in light of any new or changing information, including implications.
  • Evaluate risks, project, and operational risks in accordance with set risk frameworks.
  • Understand and adhere to enterprise methodologies and processes in relation to project delivery.
Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor's degree level.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in high-performance computing environments in capital markets or investment banking industries, including appreciation of a range of asset classes.
  • Acquired knowledge of the Calypso application.
  • Practical experience with UNIX, R, SAP, Oracle, VBA, AWS, APIs, REST, and SOAP.
  • Experience with SQL (Database).
  • Exceptional mathematical, engineering, and/or technical abilities.
  • Previous Clearing House experience is preferable.
  • Leadership & training skills.
  • Enthusiastic & co-operative.
  • Effective negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
