At Capstone Recruitment, we are partnering with a key player in the Property industry to find an experienced Property Technology Solutions Architect. This is an exciting opportunity to work on Australian business systems, applications, and data.

 

As a Solutions Architect in this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and maintenance of local enterprise systems & applications, escalating critical issues with third parties. You will also collaborate with stakeholders across business units to understand their specific requirements, working with them to prototype solutions.

 

The role involves assessing the current-state of business systems and processes, mapping out the future-state, and conducting a gap analysis to identify improvements that can enhance efficiency & reduce duplication. Additionally, you will manage system-related initiatives from beginning to end, creating and delivering end-user training materials, facilitating hypercare activities, and communicating clearly with stakeholders on the changes they will experience.

 

You will also assist with end-to-end vendor management, selecting, evaluating, and ensuring that vendors meet their service level agreements.

 

To succeed in this role, you will require 4-7 years of relevant experience in a similar position, working on complex technology & system-related projects. Experience working within the Property industry is essential, along with a reasonable understanding of how Property businesses operate.

 

Rélevant project delivery certifications such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, Lean, PMP etc. are highly valued. Hands-on experience in reporting using PowerBI and the MS Office Suite, as well as relevant Property technology, is also desirable.

 

A strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillset, combined with attention to detail and an outcome-oriented attitude, is crucial for success in this role.

 

We estimate the salary range for this position to be approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
