About the Job

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage solar, battery, and meter installations, maintenance and repairs across Victoria, ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and supporting subcontractor partners, providing technical guidance to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of electrical, solar, battery, and metering work.
  • Overseeing installation, repair, and maintenance tasks, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Independently reviewing planned installation dates and locations, and scheduling site visits for the upcoming fortnight.
  • Conducting regular quality audits on installations and repairs carried out by subcontractor partners.
  • Conducting routine safety inspections on solar, meter, battery, and EV installations, identifying hazards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Fostering a safety-first culture among all personnel, including subcontractors.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar field supervisor role, hold a valid electrical licence, issued by Energy Safe Victoria, and possess SAA Certification. Additionally, you must demonstrate ability to successfully oversee and manage subcontractor partners, effectively manage time, and communicate and collaborate with internal teams, contractors, field technicians, and external stakeholders.
