About the Role:
  • Schedule and coordinate installations and site visits
  • Organise and schedule site visits
  • Communicate with customers keeping them up-to-date with the status of their jobs
  • Book external trade contractors
  • Work with the logistics team to ensure the smooth flow of orders
  • Complete administrative tasks relating to installations and service calls
