Key Responsibilities

  • Packing Order Preparation: Prepare packing orders for shipments in a timely manner.
  • Document Coordination: Assist with draft export document preparation, including invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin.
  • Shipping Line Communication: Submit data to shipping lines for draft bills of lading.
  • Quality Control: Check export documentation and file as required.
Requirements
  • Export Documentation: Understanding and knowledge of export documentation.
  • Team Player: Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Administrative Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Previous Experience: Previous administration experience.
