We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to assist with day-to-day operations for our APAC team based in Sydney.

About the Role
  • This role focuses on providing accurate, efficient, and timely administrative support, ensuring smooth processes, and being a trusted point of contact for queries.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and experience in administration or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to handle confidential information with discretion are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff.
  • Provide clear information on policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records in our systems.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, variations, and other documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing paperwork and coordinating system access.
  • Track leave, attendance, and other employee data.
  • Post job ads on relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates.
  • Support the hiring process by preparing documentation and reference checks.
  • Ensure files, records, and processes comply with legislation.
  • Liaise with the global P&C team for standard processes and initiatives.
  • Support payroll with any changes or updates as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Experience in administration or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
