The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Rostering Coordinator to join our team based in Homebush, NSW. This role will involve:

  • Efficiently managing and scheduling rosters for large sites
  • Maintaining contractual requirements and operations support for internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing award interpretation and application, payroll queries, TRI invoicing, and core hours reviews for profit and loss statements
  • Coordinating training and site-specific inductions as required
  • Liaising with clients and staff to ensure seamless operations

About the Position

This role requires someone who is a team player, possesses a can-do attitude, likes to think outside the box, and enjoys a challenge. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in rostering
  • Experience in the security industry preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships
  • Driven, solution-oriented, and innovative thinking
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
