Senior Property Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our network planning team within the operations division.
This role supports our operational supply chain by managing our extensive network land and property portfolio.
The key responsibilities include:
- Leading property analysis, land acquisition, and sales;
- Managing land subdivision and amalgamation processes;
- Arranging property business cases, purchase options, sale contracts, payments, approvals, and land transfers;
- Providing strategic property advice to internal stakeholders;
- Managing the end-to-end leasing process;
- Serving as the primary contact for landlords, tenants, real estate agents, valuers, and internal teams;
- Collaborating on company housing portfolio management;
- Supporting property administration activities;
- Processing rent, rates, and taxes.
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar property or land management role;
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, planning, surveying, or related fields;
- Strong knowledge of portfolio, asset, and property management;
- Understanding of legal leases, land procedures, and contracts;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Experience in report writing and presenting recommendations.
