Job Description:
As a Commercial Real Estate Financing Expert, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative financing solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial real estate industry, including sponsors, mortgage bankers, and capital advisors.
  • Sourcing and closing qualified mezzanine debt and preferred equity transactions exceeding $30 million annually.
  • Partnering with our marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
  • Collaborating with our underwriting team to leverage proprietary automations and AI-powered tools to streamline decision-making and drive speed-to-market.
  • Managing a referral network of mortgage bankers, broker-dealers, RIAs, and family offices to generate repeatable quarterly volume.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills and qualifications, including:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience generating and closing commercial real estate debt or equity transactions.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing high-value transactions, with a track record of documented results.
  • Fluency in financial metrics, including DSCR, CLTV, and NOI drivers.
  • A Rolodex of active sponsors, mortgage bankers, and capital advisors nationwide.
  • The ability to think creatively and iterate quickly, with a strong bias towards action.
  • Comfort with travel (approximately 25%) for site visits, closings, and industry conferences.
  • A willingness to collaborate with our technology team to build and utilize new tools and platforms.
